1. CONTENT DEVELOPERS /CONFERENCE
PRODUCERS
Responsibilities:
- Develop Conference programme via analysis from various
reading materials, designing topic, selecting and inviting high
level speakers from public and private sectors.
- Develop proposals/ concepts and content for international
consultancy projects.
- Prepare ministerial speech, foreword, message, press
release, research articles etc.
- Technical writing for various subject matter such
as waste management, e-government, knowledge management, biotechnology,
quality service, strategic management etc.
- Create and maintain speakers' database.
- Speakers' logistic management during the conference.
- Building and maintaining relationship with speakers/
relevant external parties.
- Able to work at Putrajaya in near future.
Requirements:
- Degree in Economics, English Literature, Mass
Communication, Engineering or Business Studies.
- Results oriented, independent and strong time
management skills - able to deliver results within deadline.
- Good business research skills.
- Preferably 2-3 years working experience in
related industries or research sector/ in developing conference
and technical proposals.
- Excellent English writing skills and fluent
in English, Bahasa Melayu and Mandarin (for China market).
- Has a flair for creativity and the ability
to assimilate complex information quickly.
- High degree of interest in current business
issues and industry trends.
- Experienced in writing technical report or
articles on IT, Bio-technology, Urbanisation, Economy, Education,
Science & Technology, Environment etc.
2. ACCOUNTS EXECUTIVE/ ACCOUNTS CUM ADMIN ASSISTANT
Requirements/Responsibilities:
- Min SPM/STPM/Diploma or Degree in Accounting/Finance.
- At least 2 years working experience.
- Good knowledge of Microsoft Office.
- Possess good interpersonal skills.
- Must be hardworking, able to work independently,
strong sense of responsibilities and possess strong initiative
to learn.
- Experience in using UBS Accounting System or
other computerised accounting software and able to handle full
set of accounts for Accounts Executive position.
- Ensure Accounting records and systems are in
compliance with company's policies/procedures.
- Able work independently, handle pressure and
work well in a fast-paced environment.
- Liaise with auditor, tax agent and bankers.
